Punggol Sapphire

In the last 3 days, I've been pretty occupied with Punggol Sapphire.
As occupants from Sapphire are getting their keys either recently or in the next 2-3 months, so I do expect and understand that many of the home owners are either sourcing or ready for renovation works.
Rest assured that my team will be able to handle all request, and do feel free to call or sms me for any viewing appointments, regardless of what time it is...but must give me some sleeping time la...well, whenever its convenient for YOU.

I'll be churning the quotations for you guys as fast as I can, but pls do give me some time.

Meanwhile, I'll like to share another set of photos, from Damai Grove.
Its a unit I've recently handed over, so if anyone is interested, I can arrange for viewing but only on weekends.
Thank you.

As promised, the photo sessions!

Over the next few days, I'll be posting an entire archive of photos of my previous projects.
Now for the first set!

Been busy, very....

Kitchen cabinet top and bottom for resale flat @ Compassvale

Been very busy lately as I had to change and re-do carpentry for 2 units.
My regular carpenter had messed up 2 units just before the lunar 7 month, causing problems for both home owner and me.
Maybe many designers and contractors will not open speak of such issues, but I prefer to be upfront, as I myself will not tolerate nonsense from any of my sub-contractors or workers. To me, either my clients sack me, or I'll sack them.
So I contacted my previous carpenter, who is slightly costlier, to re-do majority of the carpentry for both units. Of cause, he has done a good job and I'll be uploading the pics in a day or 2 :)

In every project, there is bound to be issues that require touch up after completion, be it major or minor issues. I would always assure my clients that regardless of the nature of the problem, I'll always be there when there is a need for any repairs or touch up after handing over the completed unit.

TV feature wall and TV console for hall area

TV feature wall and TV console
Many home owners always ponder on the option of having a TV feature wall and TV console custom made or just buying one off the shelf.

Buying off the shelf is always cheaper, but where measurements, design and quality wise, custom made is always better. Not having a TV feature wall means if you mount on the wall, the thick screws go directly on your wall. The concrete wall suffers a certain degree of damage, especially when you remove the screws and after it has taken the weight of your 40 something plus inch LCD or LED TV. So having a custom design feature wall, which does not damage your original wall much when mounted at the corners of the wall with significantly smaller screws, taking the weight of your TV and also giving your space for your DVD players, home theater systems makes it a better option. The most important point is also that all cables are concealed within the feature wall, with a passage created within the wall.

Project @ Punggol Lodge

This is a recently custom made built-in wardrobe and study table set @ Punggol Lodge.
A modernized colour to go along with the baby blue paint instead of the traditional wood design for the lamination.

When we have a new home, one of the first items we think of while sourcing for renovation would be wardrobe and kitchen cabinet. Next choosing the colour theme - from the paint to the lamination is the next headache we face.

As my first post, this is just a view of one of the latest projects I have in Punggol Lodge.
Subsequently, I'll be posting more pictures and introducing different designs and concepts for every part of the house.

Meanwhile, feel free to contact us, if you need any services from us, or even just a no obilgation enquiry.
Showflats are always available, anytime of the week.
